Internal Roles

Scheduling Coordinator

An additional scheduler, who can help us to cover the twilight shift from 4pm – 7pm (possibly progressing to 8pm), Monday to Friday (A minimum of 15 hours per week) on a casual basis at our office in Wangara.

As a Class Professionals Scheduler, you will have a confident telephone manner, be able to independently make decisions, and leave detailed handover notes for fellow schedulers at the end of each shift. You will be working as part of a close knit team and you will have intermediate computer skills.  A background in scheduling would be an advantage, but full training and mentoring will be given to the successful candidate.  You will be happy to work as part of a team, but also on your own.

This is NOT a Working from Home Position, however, there will be opportunities to work from home on ‘After Hours/Weekend Shifts’ if you so desire. You will also be required to work additional hours to cover internal staff on leave on an 'as and when' basis.

You will, or course, have the support of the rest of the Class Professionals team when it's particular busy. It is a huge opportunity for you to help build outstanding relationships with our Team Members and Partners, and you will be a first point of contact to anyone phoning the office, so to a certain extent you will the be the face/voice of Class Professionals!

Perhaps you are a recent retiree, who would like to keep their brain ticking over, or just someone who wants to work on a casual basis on the evening. If so, then we would love to hear from you. Class Professionals proudly embraces diversity and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and respected. We believe in creating an environment that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other dimension of diversity.  We would also consider a job-share role for the right candidates.

Please address your email, including your resume and relevant experience to [email protected] – Michelle Drumm –  Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.

Note:  Due to the expectation of a high amount of applications for this role, please be aware that we will only contact applicants that we wish to interview.
