Class Professionals is currently seeking compassionate and capable Relief Gardeners to assist NDIS participants with outdoor maintenance and gardening tasks. Your work will help improve safety, accessibility, and enjoyment of outdoor spaces for people living with a disability.
You’ll be working across various Perth suburbs, maintaining gardens and yards for participants who need regular, respectful support to keep their outdoor spaces healthy and hazard-free.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- General gardening duties such as mowing lawns, weeding, pruning, and green waste removal
- Ensure outdoor spaces remain safe, tidy, and accessible
- Follow individualised support plans, respecting each participant’s needs and preferences
- Observe and report any safety or maintenance concerns
- Travel between client locations, managing your own job schedule
- Maintain a respectful and professional approach to client interaction
REQUIREMENTS
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Reliable personal transport
- Own gardening equipment and PPE
- Experience in garden or property maintenance
- Understanding of the needs of disability clients or previous experience with NDIS participants is an advantage
This is a casual role and may require flexible availability during the week, with job offers based on client requests.
