We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mathematics Teacher to teach students from Years 7 to 10, with the potential to extend into Years 11 and 12 in future years. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, based at a well-established independent school offering a holistic and inclusive education from Kindergarten to Year 12.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold tertiary qualifications in Education with a focus on Mathematics

Be experienced in teaching the Australian Mathematics Curriculum (Years 7–10)

Ideally have experience teaching Years 11–12 ATAR Mathematics (desirable, not essential)

Possess or be eligible for:

A current Working with Children Check

A current National Police Clearance

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging mathematics lessons across Years 7–10

Support individual learning styles and differentiate instruction where necessary

Create a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom culture

Participate actively in school and departmental planning, meetings and initiatives

Engage in regular communication with parents and caregivers

Contribute positively to staff culture and professional learning

Be willing to participate in the broader life of the school community
