As a relief Enrolled Nurse working with Class Professionals, you will be providing care and support to elderly residents in aged care facilities. We work in partnership with various aged care facilities, and you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma of Nursing
- AHPRA Registration
- National Police Clearance
- Covid-19 (3 doses) and Seasonal Influenza Vaccination
- Up-to-date First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Possess a WA work permit
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Provide clinical care and support to elderly residents in aged care facilities
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, including administering medication and recording vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and care plans
- Communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including infection control measures and WHS guidelines.
Note: This role may require the candidate to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
