Your possible new role!

Reporting to the Managing Director, as Recruitment Consultant/Business Development heading up our Private school division, your role will be to expand our database of Private School Partners across the Perth metro area. You will be responsible for maintaining the needs of our existing Partners, nurturing and maintaining positive relationships creating long-term value for our Partners and ensuring sustainable business growth for Class Professionals. As, mentioned before, you will be working from our office in Wangara, so you are perfectly located to the freeway to venture out to visit prospective Class Professionals Partners.

You will be provided with all the coaching and mentoring that you need to ensure that you can deliver consistently high quality and purposeful Partner satisfaction.

Your role will include, but not be limited to;

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and prospective Partners to deliver tailored staffing solutions according to individual needs.
  • Being proactive in the end to end recruitment of educational staff for short, long term and permanent placements, and increasing the growth of school admin staff, cleaners and ground-keeping staff.
  • Continuing to nurture relationships with existing Team Members and actively recruit and support new Team Members to our company.

Our Ideal Candidate would be!

  • A confident driven individual who loves a challenge and working as part of a close knit team.
  • Ideally you will have a Commerce, Marketing or HR Degree or at least a minimum of proven 5+ years working in a similar role.
  • Ideally you will have experience or working within the Education sectors, specifically in a recruitment capacity.
  • Someone who is happy to collaborate and share ideas, but also learn from others.
  • You must be able to provide a current National Police Clearance and obtain a WA Working with Children Check.
