We're seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Scheduling & Administration Officer.
This position is classified as a Business (Level 3) Traineeship. It is being offered as part-time role (30 hours per week) for duration of 12-months.
As Scheduling & Administration Officer, you will be involved in the end-to-end scheduling requirements (of team members) for our Education (K-12), Early Childhood and Aged Care partner organisations; using our customised scheduling database.
You will also support the Class Professionals team in ensuring that all administration and systems are efficient and to a high standard, whilst studying towards a Certificate III in Business Administration (BSB30115).

We are eager to employ two trainees, whom will collaborate across each work day. The allocation of weekly work-hours be negotiable; however will ensure commitments to completing the Certificate III in Business Administration (BSB30115), are upheld.
