What you'll be doing…
We partner with Aged Care providers that require experienced and committed Cleaners to provide relief support to their teams of professionals; dedicated to enhancing the daily lives of their residents.
With partners located throughout the Perth metropolitan region, we can tailor your employment experience to suit your personal situation. Available shifts include full-day, half-day, lunch cover, and split shifts.
As one of our Cleaners, you will work with our Aged Care partners by keeping the facility clean to prevent the spread of disease and infection.
In particular, your duties will include dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of facility, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, making beds and changing bed linen, and other general cleaning, as well as building empathic and compassionate relationships with residents, their families, and other staff.
To be successful...
You will possess a Cert II or III in Cleaning Operations (or equivalent) and have a minimum of twelve month's experience in a similar role. You will also demonstrate good organisational and time management skills, and be able to work independently and within a team environment.
You will also have:
- National Police Clearance (obtained within last six months)
- evidence of current influenza and COVID vaccinations
- current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificate (or be willing to obtain)
- evidence of having completed Infection Prevention Control and Manual Handling in Residential Aged Care training
