The Role:

We have a vacancy that would suit a Centre or Area manager or someone with a similar background. Experience in a similar role or marketing/sales experience could be beneficial. Core duties will be to attract new clients and candidates but this will also involve all aspects of recruitment and placement including but not limited to:

The Position:

  • Business development activities including sales calls and meetings.

  • Developing a good understanding of existing and prospective clients.

  • Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.Mostly by phone.

  • Matching suitable candidates to vacancies both short term(relief) and long term.

  • Developing strategies to progress from a  warm desk to hot and then on FIRE!!

  • This is a full-time position

  • Build your team of consultants in this sector.

 Essential Skills:

  • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven track record in business development.

  • Experience with short and long term agency placements.

  • Be goal focused, dynamic and possess the ability to work both autonomously and as a key member of a small team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build relationships as this is an integral aspect of the role.

  • Have excellent social media skills.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail.


  •  Previous experience in a similar role
  •  Understanding or experience in the sector   
  •  Management role in the Early Years Sector
  •  Management Role in recruitment.
  •  Proven ability to think 'outside' the box.
