Our Partner Centre:

This 'Exceeding' rated Early Years service provides a range of early years options for children aged 0 - 4 years of age.  They are a passionate team of Educators who take the Reggio Emilia approach to outdoor-based learning.  They have a wonderful nature-scape playground filled with enriching and stimulating activities to ensure that the children in their care receive a well-rounded and fun education.   

Due to growth within the centre, we have been entrusted to find them a 'perfect fit' Lead Educator to join their existing Educators in the baby room. 

You will be supported with a minimum of 3 months in-house training to ensure that you are confident and comfortable to take the reigns and run!  The Administration team at the centre will relieve you of ALL admin/paperwork duties leaving you to dedicate your valuable time to the babies/toddlers in your care.

Our Ideal Lead Educator...

will have previously worked in a long day care centre, be familiar with the EYLF and have experience in program planning. You will also be confident to coach and mentor fellow Educators, build positive relationships with families, and have a genuine passion for working with babies.

Your professional competencies will include:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (achieved) or equivalent;
  • certification in HLTAID009 and HLTAID012;
  • current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain);
  • certification in an approved Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training; an
  • COVID-19 digital certificate.
