GREAT FUN AND A LEARNING EXPERIENCE USING WATER BEADS!

Water Beads

How about adding a more interesting element to water based play by using coloured water beads!

There are many benefits in using this method of play to encourage positive behaviour management, cognitive development and fine motor skills.

Check out the link below for more interesting information on water beads play!

As always, with any water based activity, please make sure that the children participating are supervised at all times.  We recommend this activity for the older age range of 4-7 years.  Have fun!

USE ‘STAMPING’ IN YOUR CENTRES TO DEVELOP CREATIVITY AND FUN !

Potato Stamp

Remember the old wooden stamps we used as children?  How about digging that box out from the back of the cupboard and giving it a go or alternatively cut some fun shapes into potatoes – a great way of developing children’s creativity and helping them to learn about shapes and colours!

Check out the website below for some tips!
